Subject: Invitation to the 2024 Annual General Meeting of AFÉPOP

Dear AFÉPOP Members,

It is with great pleasure that we invite you to the AFÉPOP Annual General Assembly, which will take place at the Campus Condorcet in Aubervilliers, during the association’s Inaugural Conference on Thursday, May 2, 2024. Note that the General Assembly is expected to take place in French. The conference program (including the scheduling time of the General Assembly) will be shared in the coming days.

The agenda of the General Assembly will include the following points:
1) Approval of the association’s accounts and activity report;
2) Ratification of the election of the Board of Directors members;
3) Voting on proposals from the transitional Board of Directors: these should include the appointment of Libertad González as an honorary member of the association, as well as a proposal for a non-harassment charter;
4) Any other business. If you wish to propose adding an item to the agenda, please send a detailed request to bureau@afepop.fr, ideally by Monday, April 29, 2024.
